Phase 1<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aims<\/strong>: Self survey on anaesthetic practice to assess whether Neuromuscular blockade is being monitored across the Northern Region, and the modality used, and if not explore barriers to this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Measure the rates of residual NMB in recovery\n
      \n
    • Assess the NMB agent & reversal used in these cases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Audit the documentation of NMB monitoring on the anaesthetic chart.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
